Nancy Ricchiuto

July 29, 1946 - September 30, 2018

Nancy C. Ricchiuto, 72 of Bourbonnais, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Loyola Medical Center following a brief illness surrounded by her siblings and friends. She was born July 29, 1946 to Ernest and Dorothy (Raines) Stone in Galesburg, IL. Nancy married Richard E. Ricchiuto December 1, 1982. She was employed as a unit secretary for 41 years at Presence St. Mary’s Hospital and retired in 2015. Nancy was of the Baptist faith, loved to travel and spend time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Rick of Bourbonnais, 2 stepsons, Rick Ricchiuto of North Carolina, Ron Ricchiuto of Maine and 2 step grandsons. Also surviving are 2 sisters and brothers-in-law; Sue (Paul) Reynolds of Manassas, VA, Sally (Steve) Evans of Bonfield, IL, 2 brothers and sisters-in-law; Scott (Sue) Stone of Kankakee and Stan (Theresa) Stone of High Springs, FL, and numerous nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents. A visitation will be 4pm to 8pm, Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Schreffler Funeral Home, Kankakee Chapel. Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Abingdon Cemetery, Abingdon, IL. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be sent to the Pacific Garden Mission, 1458 S.
